WHO WE ARE

Transportation Operation & Management, LLC (TOM) was established in 2014 to provide staffing and personnel to VDOT at the Big Walker and East River Mountain Tunnels on I-77.  TOM personnel accomplish tunnel operations, routine maintenance, improvements, and repairs as well as provide emergency response at the tunnel facilities on a 24/7/365 basis.
