Functions of TOM, LLC
TOM provides training for both internal and external personnel. TOM provides public and educational outreach to establish and foster relationships with the local communities and their responding mutual aid agencies. Our employees, working alongside VDOT staff, play a vital role in keeping the traveling public safely moving through the Mountain tunnels.
